Indian MS Degree Certificate Attestation is executed to ensure that the state from which the certificate is issued is valid and it also helps to find out the genuineness of the seal & signature of the authorized signatory or department.

Attestation Process:Attestation of MS Degree Certificate involves the following three procedure. First the MS certificate will be authenticated from the Certificate issuing State HRD then it will be processed for Ministry Of External Affairs and the last step is to get the MS Certificate attested from the concerned Embassy.

For educational documents, the Human Resource Development (HRD)/Department of Education of the issuing state/union territory must authenticate the educational document. The name and designation of the authenticating personnel must also be included on the document along with the seal.

All Indian originated commercial documents are required to be pre-authenticated by the respective Chamber of Commerce before they can be processed further for the Ministry of External Affairs attestation. The rubber stamp of the respective Chamber of Commerce must be affixed on each document along with the name & designation of the authorized signatory.

The Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) attests the documents only on the basis of the signature of the designated signing authorities of the State Government/Union Territory/Chambers of Commerce. Hence, it does not take responsibility for the content of the documents.
