Service charges payable to SEPL are same for Attestation and Apostille of documents.Procedure:All original documents need to be first attested by the designated authorities/departments of the State Governments from where the documents have been issued. All Personal Documents need to be authenticated by Home Department/General Administration Department(GAD) and all Educational Documents are to be authenticated by Department of Education/Human Resource Department (HRD) of the concerned State Government/Union Territory. These authenticated documents are to be submitted to the authorized Outsourcing Companies of the Ministry of External Affairs, New Delhi, for Apostille Stamp by MEA. Apostille Stamp is placed on the reverse side of the original document. A list of the Regional Authentication Centers and the designated authorities may be seen at the Ministry’s website .
